  • Standard Delivery
    We will provide you with your personalised garments anywhere between 7 to 10 working days. We will contact you if any delay. (Busy Periods)
  • Blank orders
    We strive to deliver blank orders two working day's for most of our brands, when an order is placed and payed in full before midday.

The majority of non-personalised garments can be dispatched from us for next day delivery. However, for some brands this can take up to 3-5 working days.

We can also offer a tiered delivery service. That enables you to choose from our range of delivery options so you can pick the one that best suits you and your time frames.

For personalised garments, all estimated delivery time frames are subject to artwork approval being given in an efficient manner. A delay in approval being given or any changes or amendments could result in delivery being longer than initially expected. However, we will always do everything in our power to get an order to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date throughout the order process. 

Delivery Prices

UK & Ireland delivery prices are as follows:

  • Free Delivery on all orders over £99
  • £4.95 charge for orders under £99

These prices exclude the Scottish Highlands, Southern Ireland the Chanel Islands/Isle of Man and IOS. In these areas, the totally delivery charge is £20 and delivery may take 2/4 business days.

Delivery Tracking

We use DPD couriers who provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • All garments within a basket must be eligible for a specific delivery option in order for said option to be available for selection at checkout.

 Returns:

You can send an item back for any reason within 14 days - if an item is sent back unused we will exchange it for another product or provide a full refund.  Items should be in their original condition. Pet owners should note that garments returned with animal hairs on them will be rejected. This can also apply to glitter / makeup which can be extremely difficult to remove without laundering. If you are a smoker, please do not smoke when trying on clothing items and do not leave them in a smoky room. The smell can be impossible to remove without laundering and can therefore lead to a return being rejected.

Please note printed / embroidered items are not returnable unless they are faulty.  You should make sure you are happy with sizing and colours before ordering decorated items.  You can order plain items to try, and return them, before ordering decorated items.  Once your logo is applied to any item, it becomes bespoke for you and therefore cannot be returned.

If you are outside the UK, unfortunately you are responsible for returns postage costs. 

You hold responsibility for the item until it reaches us so you should ensure that it is well packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
